An amazing place south of the inner city and right on the river Isar. 5 minutes walk maximum from the U3 station Thalkirchen . U-Bahn stations Sendlinger Tor-Marienplatz-Odeonsplatz are reachable within 12 minutes, connecting to all other U-Bahn and S-Bahn lines.

Das WG-Leben ist entspannt und freundlich mit viel Platz zum Kochen (Gasherd) und Entspannen. Das Wohnzimmer (im Grundriss Arbeitszimmer genannt) ist perfekt, um Freunde zu empfangen oder auf der Couch zu entspannen. Nicko, der Mitbewohner, der hier wohnt, ist super chillig und freundlich.

Wichtig ist ein sauberes und angenehmes Wohnumfeld und das Einhalten der Hausordnung und der gegenseitigen Rücksichtnahme. Freundlichkeit wird erwartet, aber eine geschlossene Tür nach einem langen Tag ist auch in Ordnung.

Haustiere und Rauchen sind nicht erlaubt.

WG life is relaxed and friendly with plenty of space to cook (gas stove) and hang out. The living room (named Arbeitszimmer in floorplan), is perfect for hosting friends or relaxing on the couch. Nicko, the roommate who is staying, is super chill and friendly.

Important is maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment and respecting house rules and each other. Friendliness is expected, but a closed door after a long day is okay too.

Pets and smoking are not allowed.

Dies ist eine perfekte Gelegenheit für jemanden, der gerade nach München zieht und auf der Suche nach einer längerfristigen Mietwohnung ist. Es ist schön, bereits in der Stadt zu sein, um mögliche zukünftige Wohnungen zu besuchen.

Egal aus welchem Grund, wir sind für eine freundliche, saubere Person, die mich für den Monat zu ersetzen suchen. Wichtiger Hinweis: die Möglichkeit, sich in München unter dieser Adresse zu registrieren, ist leider nicht möglich.
