Schönes, helles 13qm Zimmer mit Holzboden. Fenster sind Richtung Westen. Unmöbeliert.
Der Flur und die Küche sind noch Work in Progress aber das wird alles die nächsten wochen hoffentlich schön eingerichtet.

Direkt am Westpark. 10 min Fußweg zum Harras oder Heimeranplatz. Aldi, Penny und Rewe und gehweite.

Da es eine zweier WG ist will ich mich kurz vorstellen:

Ich bin 26, fange gerade an Informatik zu studieren. Ich bin eine weltoffen und lustige Person die viel mit Freunden unterwegs ist egal ob in Bars, im Club oder an der Isar.
Ich mache gerne und viel Sport, unter anderem geh ich laufen und fahrradfahren und ab und zu geh ich surfen.
Ich wohne schon seid 8 Jahren in München und hab immer in WGs gewohnt.

Mir ist wichtig das wir ähnliche Morlaische oder politische Werte haben, wie z.B LGBTQ+ friedly, kein Rassismus oder kein Sexismus.

Einzugsdatum ist quasi am 1.11.2024 also sehr sehr knapp aber ich würde mich sehr freuen wenn ich noch spontan jemanden finde.

Die Wohnung ist noch nicht 100% fertog eingerichtet. Vorallem Küche und Flur sind zwar benutzbar, aber noch nicht schön aber ich arbeite daran :)
