Großes, helles Zimmer unmöbiliert aber sehr gut geschnitten. :-)

Perfekte Lage direkt zwischen U2/U6/U3 der Tram vor der Tür und diversen Buslinien. Außerdem sind in Sekunden tolle Cafes und Restaurants zu erreichen. Die Anbindung in Schwabing ist ein Traum.

Mitbewohner/innen sind eine Mischung aus Arbeitenden und Studenten. Alle super nett und aufgeschlossen, grundsätzlich hat aber jeder seinen Raum und die WG ist auch recht ruhig.

Gemeinschaftsräume werden gemeinschaftlich ordentlich gehalten, auch wenn die in einem unsanierten Altbau nicht der Hit sind.

Ich bin kurzfristig ausgezogen, da ich auch sehr kurzfristig mit meinem Partner zusammengezogen bin, daher suche ich asap. Die Wohnung wird in Gänze voraussichtlich zum 28.02 gekündigt, daher geht nur eine Befristung.
