Es gibt 3 Wohnungen im Haus,
EG und 1. OG, jede Wohnung mit 4 unterschiedlich großen Zimmern und
2. OG (DG) 1 Wohnung mit 2 Zimmern
In jeder Etage gibt es eine Terrasse oder Balkon
Je nach Größe liegt die Miete zwischen 800.- und 1500.-
Im Preis sind Strom, Heizung, Warm und Kaltwasser, sowie Internet enthalten. Auch gibt es für jede Wohnung 2 Waschmaschine.
2 min zum Bus 143 Haltestelle Listheimstraße
8 min Zur S Bahn Haltestelle Obermenzing, von da aus ist man in 9 min am Stachus

Bis Februar 2025 wird das komplette Haus frei, dann soll es komplett für die 3 WGˋs zur Verfügung stehen.
Die erste Wohnung, 2 Zimmer plus Küche, Bad und WC, im DG wir Mitte Novemeber frei und steht zum 1.12. für den WG Start zur Verfügung.
Ende November steht dann auch die 4 Zimmer Wohnung im EG zur Verfügung.
Ich suche langfristige Mitbewohner, die auf der Suche nach etwas dauerhaftem sind.

Es gibt einen Schuppen für Fahrräder, Grill…..
Zum Haus gehört auch ein kleiner Garten, in dem im Sommer z.B. gegrillt werden kann.
