Aufgrund eines Umzugs in eine andere Stadt suche ich Ersatz für mein gemütliches Zimmer im Zentrum von München. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber perfekt für eine Person. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert, ein Bett mit Matratze, ein Tisch, ein Stuhl, ein Kleiderschrank von den Eigentümern der Wohnung. Ich werde auch einige der Dinge, die ich zur Erhöhung des Komforts genommen habe, völlig kostenlos lassen. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und ruhig. Ich bin der erste Bewohner nach einer Komplettsanierung.
Due to moving to another city, I am looking for a replacement for my cozy room in the center of Munich. The room is small but perfectly suitable for one person. The room is fully furnished, a bed with a mattress, a table, a chair, a wardrobe from the owners of the apartment. I will also leave some things that I took to increase comfort, absolutely free of charge. The room is very bright and quiet. I am the first resident after a complete renovation.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtzentrum, zwei U-Bahnstationen vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Die U-Bahn-Station, an der U1 und U7 vorbeifahren, ist drei Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. In der Nähe befindet sich auch eine Bushaltestelle. In 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es Rewe, Lidl, dm, Tegut. Auch viele Cafés und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Es gibt auch ein Kino in der Nähe.
The apartment is located in the city center, two metro stations from the main station. The metro station is a three-minute walk from the apartment, where U1 and U7 pass. There is also a bus stop nearby. Rewe, Lidl, DM, Tegut are 3-5 minutes away on foot. There are also many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a cinema nearby.
Derzeit wohnen noch fünf weitere Personen in der Wohnung. 3 Mädchen und 2 Jungs, jeder von ihnen ist Student. Die Atmosphäre in der Wohnung ist immer freundlich, aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Tagesabläufe können wir uns nicht immer sehen, aber wenn wir uns sehen, kommunizieren wir immer, meistens passiert das in der Küche beim Kochen. Als wir zu sechst lebten, hatten wir nie Probleme mit Warteschlangen im Badezimmer oder in der Küche, auch aufgrund unterschiedlicher Zeitpläne. Wir legen großen Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit und möchten daher jemanden finden, der die gleichen Werte teilt.
There are currently five other people living in the apartment. Three girls and two guys, each of whom is a student. The atmosphere in the apartment is always friendly, due to different daily routines, we cannot always see each other, but when we do see each other we always communicate, mainly in the kitchen while cooking. Living with six of us, we have never encountered problems regarding the queue for the bathroom or the kitchen, also due to different schedules. We really value order and cleanliness, so we would like to find a person who will share the same values.
