ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein 20 qm Zimmer in bester Lage (Nähe Max-Weber-Platz). Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist das eigentliche Wohnzimmer in dem zukünftig wohnen könntest.
Es ist mit einer Schlafcouch, Esstisch (lässt sich super als Schreibtisch nutzten), Kleiderschrank sowie Fernseher und Zugang zum Balkon ausgestattet. Tobias der Hauptmieter, ist nur gelegentlich da und vermietet sein Wohnzimmer als Schlafzimmer unter. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein schönes gemeinsames genutztes Bad. Die Küche inkl. Spülmaschine kann ebenfalls gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden. Die Waschmaschine auf dem Foto gibt es nicht mehr, allerdings einen Waschkeller mit nutzbarer Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Kaution würde eine Nettokaltmiete betragen.
