Your future room is located in the first floor of our lovely house. In the afternoon and evening it's sunbathed thanks to its westward-facing window. It has a beautiful parquet floor. From your window you have a nice view of our back garden. The room is already furnished, so we would prefer someone that would rent the room with the furniture in although it’s not a must. The price of the furniture would be around 150 euros☺️
Our orange house is located in the calm neighbourhood of Laim. The U5 can easily be reached in 7 minutes. The busstop and the S-Bahn is also just few minutes away. Grocery stores (Rewe, Aldi and Penny) are in walking distance. Everything can easily be reached by bike or walking.
We (David, Luca, Daniel, Rüya) are looking for a new roommate for our flat in Laim! We have a large garden and a terrace, which is very inviting especially in the summer for nice barbecue evenings. In winter, maybe for building a snowman ☃️. We are between 24-31 years old, and all of us study more or less. From engineers to doctors and wild scientists you can find everything in the house👩🔬 We enjoy spending time together, whether it’s relaxing in the kitchen over a meal, having fun summer barbecues in the garden, or even building a snowman in winter! ☃️ We’d love to have someone who’s open to joining in on our occasional get-togethers and appreciates a friendly, communal vibe. We also value keeping the space clean and tidy and appreciate when everyone pitches in.

PS: Yes we also have to mow the lawn and clear the snow a few times, but sport is known to do everyone some good 🏃🏼♀️🏃🏽♂️.
