The room is 13 square meters in size and offers enough space for the usual furniture (see photos) with an additional 6 square meter balcony. Thanks to the large windows, the room is always nice and bright. The south-west orientation lets the afternoon sun shine into your new realm. The apartment has a spacious kitchen and a small storage room. In addition to a classic bathroom with bathtub, the apartment has an additional guest WC.

Das Zimmer ist 13 Quadratmeter groß und bietet genug Platz für die üblichen Möbel (siehe Fotos) mit einem zusätzlichen 6 Quadratmeter großen Balkon. Dank der großen Fenster ist das Zimmer immer schön hell. Die Südwest-Ausrichtung lässt die Nachmittagssonne in dein neues Reich fallen. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine geräumige Küche und einen kleinen Abstellraum. Neben einem klassischen Bad mit Badewanne verfügt die Wohnung über ein zusätzliches Gäste-WC.
The apartment is located in the beautiful Schwantalerhöhe district. The Ubahn station U4/U5 is right outside the building. An s-bahn station is 200m away and hbf is just 3 stations aways with Ubahn or with S-bahn. Edeka, Aldi, Lidl and several organic markets are all within the 2-10 minutes walking.
The district is characterized by many restaurants and cafés and in summer the West-Park is great for jogging, barbecues and drinking beer :)

Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Stadtteil Schwantalerhöhe. Die Ubahnstation U4/U5 befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Eine S-Bahn-Station ist 200m entfernt und der Hauptbahnhof ist nur 3 Stationen mit der Ubahn oder mit der S-Bahn entfernt. Edeka, Aldi, Lidl und mehrere Biomärkte sind in 2-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Viertel ist geprägt von vielen Restaurants und Cafés und im Sommer lädt der West-Park zum Joggen, Grillen und Biertrinken ein :)
Your future flatmates are Andres (me) and Tarun. I work as a data scientist. Tarun is working as an IT project manager. We are both often travelling for work and do not do many activities together. However, we sometimes chit chat in the kitchen while we cook together. We're not an overly wild or loud flat share and everyone gets the peace and quiet they need to study, work, sleep and so on.
We also pay attention to a certain level of cleanliness and want to maintain this.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Andres (ich) und Tarun. Ich arbeite als Data Scientist. Tarun arbeitet als IT-Projektmanager. Wir sind beide beruflich viel unterwegs und unternehmen nicht viel gemeinsam. Allerdings plaudern wir manchmal in der Küche, wenn wir zusammen kochen. Wir sind keine übermäßig wilde oder laute WG und jeder bekommt die Ruhe, die er zum Lernen, Arbeiten, Schlafen usw. braucht.
Außerdem achten wir auf einen gewissen Grad an Sauberkeit und möchten diesen auch beibehalten.

The kitchen belong to us (the flatmates). Therefore, a payment of ca. 1000 Euro must be made to the leaving flatmate for both the very nice room furniture and (his part of) the kitchen. If you were to leave the flat in the future, you will be of course able to get this amount back from the person who will take the room from you.

Die Küche gehört uns (den Mitbewohnern). Daher muss dem ausziehenden Mitbewohner eine Zahlung von ca. 1000 Euro für die sehr schönen Zimmermöbel und (seinen Teil der) Küche geleistet werden. Solltest du die Wohnung in Zukunft verlassen, könntest du diesen Betrag natürlich von der Person, die das Zimmer von dir übernimmt, zurückbekommen.
