Zimmer: Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus mit Aufzug. Das helle Zimmer ist 13 m² groß und verfügt über ein Ostfenster, das viel Morgensonne hereinlässt. Es ist teilmöbliert – ein Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl sowie einen Kleiderschrank werden vom Vermieter gestellt– das Zimmer ist somit sofort bezugsfertig. Dazu verfügt die Wohnung über 2 Bäder, eins mit Toilette und Dusche und das andere mit Badewanne. Die Küche ist modern und voll ausgestattet, inklusive Geschirrspüler. Eine Waschmaschine steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Vom Badezimmer aus gelangt man auf einen nach Westen ausgerichteten Balkon.

Room: The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a renovated old building and has a lift. The 13m² room is very bright and has an east-facing window. It is partially furnished (bed, desk, chair and wardrobe (provided by the landlord) and therefore ready for immediate occupancy. The flat also has 2 bathrooms, one with a toilet and shower and one with a bathtub. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a west-facing balcony directly off the bathroom.

Tolle Lage: Die Lage ist sehr gut, da es eine super Anbindung an den Münchner Nahverkehr gibt. Direkt vor der Haustür ist die U-Bahnstation Candidplatz. Mit der U1 ist man innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten am Sendlinger Tor oder am Hauptbahnhof. Ebenfalls vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Bushaltesteller von der aus die Linien 52, 54, X30 and 153 regelmäßig abfahren. Die Isar und und das anliegende Glockenbackviertel ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 10min zu erreichen. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es zwei gemütliche Cafés. Außerdem sind Edeka, Aldi und DM nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Great location: The location is very good as there are excellent connections to Munich's public transport network. The Candidplatz underground station is right outside your door, with the U1 taking you to Sendlinger Tor or the central station in just 5-10 minutes. Several bus lines (52, 54, X30, 153) also stop nearby. The Isar and the Glockenbachviertel can be reached on foot within 10 minutes. For everyday needs, Edeka, Aldi, and DM are only a 3-minute walk away. Plus, two charming cafés are just around the corner for your coffee breaks.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner (20-25 Jahre) sind offen und immer für ein nettes Gespräch oder einen gemeinsamen Kochabend zu haben. Wir befinden uns in unterschiedlichen Lebensphasen – John, Liz und Yannic haben gerade mit dem Studium begonnen, Hanna macht ein Praktikum und Moritz arbeitet bereits Vollzeit. Wenn jemand Lust auf gemeinsame Aktivitäten hat, trifft man sich einfach in der Küche. Ansonsten wird die Privatsphäre respektiert, sodass jeder auch seine Ruhe genießen kann, wenn er möchte.

We’re all at different stages of life—some are working, others are doing internships or studying—so life in the flat is relaxed and easygoing. If someone wants to hang out, we usually meet in the kitchen. Otherwise, we respect each other’s privacy, so you can always enjoy some quiet time when needed.
