Das Zimmer ist geräumig und mit einem Bett (140x200cm) inkl Matratze, einem Schrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Vorhängen ausgestattet.
Im geräumigen Flur ist eine Nische mit eiem Schuhregal und ein Spiegelschrank für Stauraum.
Die Küche hat ein großes Fenster und ist mit Kühlschrank, Spühlmaschine, Ofen und Herd ausgestattet. Ein Esstisch und Stühle sind auch vorhanden.
Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche und ist modern.
In der Netto-KaltMiete sind die Nebenkosten, Möbel und Einbauküche enthalten sowie Internet und GEZ.
Strom und Heizkosten werden septerat nach Verbrauch abgerechnet. Die Vorauszahlungen dafür ist 80€ pro Monat.
Für die Waschmaschine fällt eine anteilige Ablöse in Höhe von 100€ an.

The room is spacious and comes furnished with a 140x200cm bed (including a mattress), a wardrobe, a desk, a chair, and curtains.
In the large hallway, there is a niche with a shoe rack and a mirrored cabinet for additional storage.
The kitchen has a large window and is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, and stove. A dining table and chairs are also provided.
The bathroom is modern and features a shower.
The net cold rent includes utilities, furniture, a built-in kitchen, as well as internet and the GEZ fee.
Electricity and heating costs are billed separately based on consumption, with an advance payment of €80 per month.
A one-time fee of €100 applies for the washing machine.
Note: The furniture shown in the first two pictures does not fully match the furniture included in the rent. In the following pictures, you can see the room without my personal belongings.
Die Wohnung ist im Herzen von München und die Verkehrsanbindungen sind ideal.
- S-Bahn Station Hackerbrücke ist nur 4 Minuten entfernt
- Tram Station Holzapfelstraße nur 1 Minute zu Fuß
- U-Bahn Station Theresienwiese ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt
Der Hauptbahnhof liegt entweder 15 Gehminuten entfernt oder du fährst 2 Stationen mit der Tram.
- Den Mittleren Ring erreichst du in 4 Minuten mit dem Auto
Es gibt auch Bäcker, Restaurants, Imbisse, Supermärkte und vieles mehr in der Umgebung.
WG-Zimmer frei in unserer 2er-WG!
ich bin Norina und ziehe aus unserer schönen und super zentralen 2er-WG bei der Theresienwiese aus. Daher suchen wir ab dem 15.01.25 (nach Bedarf auch früher) eine neue Mitbewohnerin, die Lust hat hier einzuziehen. Meine liebe Mitbewohnerin Ceren studiert an der TUM und freut sich darauf, eine neue Mitbewohnerin willkommen zu heißen!
