Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert und 17qm groß, und ab 16.01 verfügbar. Es kann auch gerne gestrichen werden. Du kannst dich also frei entfalten ;). Die Wohunung ist ein klassischer Münchner Altbau, der 2016 modernisiert wurde, also neue Heizungen, Boden und Wände erneuert, neues Strom und Gasnetz, neue Küche. Mittlerweile ist das auch schon wieder 8 Jahre her, aber es ist alles noch in gutem Zustand. Außerdem gibts es einen großen Innenhof. Soltest du ein Fahrrad mitbringen, dann kann es dort abgestellt werden, allerdings ohne Regenschutz. Ausgestattet ist die WG mit allem was das Herz begehrt, Geschirrspüler, Miele-Waschmaschine, Induktionsherd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, etc. In den Nebenkosten ist alles inclusive Internet LAN/W-LAN und GEZ mit inbegriffen.

The room is unfurnished, 17sqm large and available from 16.01. It can also be painted, you can get as creative as you want ;). The flat is a classic Munich 'Altbau', which was modernized in 2016, so new heating, floors and walls renovated, new electricity and gas network, new kitchen. It's already been 8 years but everything is still in good condition. Additionally, we have a large courtyard. If you bring a bike, you can park it there, but there is no rain protection. The WG is equipped with everything you desire, dishwasher, Miele washing machine, induction stove, oven, toaster, etc. The auxiliary costs include everything, also LAN/W-LAN and GEZ.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in München-Laim, ein paar Minuten von der S-Bahn Haltestelle "Hirschgarten" entfernt. In die Innenstadt (HBF, Stachus, Marienplatz etc.) benötigt man nur wenige Minuten mit der S-Bahn. Ansonsten haben wir die Tram 18/19 direkt vor unserer Haustüre, keine Minute entfernt. Damit kommt man ebenfalls gut in das Stadtzentrum, oder nach Pasing. Ebenso ganz in der Nähe haben wir den 62er Bus und ein paar Minuten Fußweg entfernt gibt es noch die U-Bahnhaltestelle Westendstraße (U4/U5).
An Supermärkten (Edeka, Penny, Lidl, Aldi, Alnatura, Dm sind alle in Gehreichweite), Banken, Apotheken und Restaurants gibt es hier ebenfalls einiges in der Nähe, man ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht.

The apartment is located centrally in Munich-Laim, a few minutes from the S-Bahn stop "Hirschgarten". To the city center (HBF, Stachus, Marienplatz, etc.) you need only a few minutes by S-Bahn. Otherwise, we have the tram 18/19 directly in front of our doorstep, not even a minute away. This is also a good way to get to the city center, or to Pasing. Also nearby we have the 62 bus and a few minutes walk away there is the subway stop Westendstraße (U4/U5). Supermarkets (Edeka, Penny, Lidl, Aldi, Alnatura, Dm in walking distance), banks, pharmacies, and restaurants are also close by, so you are well-equipped with everything you need.
WG-Leben
Die WG gibt es nun seit Mitte 2016 (mit einigen Wechseln in der Belegung). Wir verstehen uns alle sehr gut, ich ziehe allerdings weiter nach einem Jahr in die eigenen vier Wände. Die Küche ist das Herz der Wg. Man trifft sich am Abend, isst zusammen oder quatscht über Gott und die Welt. Natürlich ist das kein Muss und wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte, kann man sich immer in sein Zimmer zurückziehen. Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnen sind Chien-Hao (29) aus Taiwan, dieses Jahr mit dem Master fertig geworden & seit April berufstätig, sehr nett und ruhig. Rohan (26) aus Indien, ebenfalls dieses Jahr mit dem Master fertig geworden & berufstätig, sehr extrovertiert und lustig. Beide Kochen auch extrem gut. Das neueste Mitglied ist Ole (21) aus Deutschland, der im Bachelor studiert, sehr chill und wahnsinnig viel unterwegs.

The WG has been around since mid-2016 (with some changes in occupancy). We all get along very well, but I'll leave soon for my own flat. Wg life happens mostly in the kitchen. We meet in the evening, eat together, and chat about anything and everything. Of course, this is not a must and if you want to have your peace and quiet, you can always retreat to your room. Your future flatmates are Chien-Hao (29) from Taiwan, who finished his Master's degree this year & has been working since April, very nice and quiet. Rohan (26) from India, also finished his Master's degree this year & working, is very extroverted and funny. The newest member is Ole (21) from Germany, in his Bachelor's degree, very chill and out and about all the time.
Du kannst gerne über wg-gesucht Kontakt aufnehmen. Ich werde mich dann bei dir melden, wenn du in der engeren Auswahl bist und dir einen Termin für die Besichtigung zukommen lassen.
Außerdem erhöht sich eventuell die Miete des Zimmers noch etwas. Eine genaue Auskunft dazu bekommen wir von unseren Vermietern in den nächsten Tagen.
