Hallo liebe Alle,
ich bin in der angegebenen Zeit nicht in München und stelle mein Zimmer deswegen gerne zur Verfügung. Ich wäre zeitlich auch ein bisschen flexibel, also fragt im Zweifelsfall einfach nach :)
Kurz die wichtigsten Infos:
Mein gemütliches Zimmer ist 16qm groß und ausgestattet mit Schreibtisch, Bett, Schrank (in dem du deinen Platz bekommst) und Sofa.
Es ist eines von drei Zimmern in der WG, die von Julia (26) und Ellen (41) bewohnt werden. Ellen ist nur von Montagabend - Mittwoch früh in der Wohnung, beide sind super offen, freundlich und ordentlich.
Die WG ist am Goethe-Platz und damit perfekt öffentlich angebunden, aber auch nur einen Spaziergang von der Isar entfernt.
Julia macht viel Yoga und ist gerne draußen unterwegs. Sie kennt die besten Café-Spots, ist aber auch gerne zuhause bei einem Kaffe oder Matcha für einen Plausch zu haben.
Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass du einigermaßen ordentlich und zuverlässig bist :))
