Gemütliches Zimmer mit Doppelbett und großem Kleiderschrank. Ruhige Lage zum Innenhof.

Gemeinschaftsräume:
Küche, Wohn-/Esszimmer, Bad, separates WC, Balkon.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, das Bad hat eine Dusche und Badewanne, sowie eine Waschmaschine.
Im Wohnzimmer gibt es Couch mit Fernseher

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Trotzdem gibt es eine direkte Tram Anbindung weniger als 5 Minuten zu fuß.
Auch der englische Garten ist nicht weit.

Wir sind zwei Deutsche, sowie eine Chilenin. Wir halten uns Abends gerne in der Küche oder im Wohnzimmer auf und unterhalten uns. Auch wird manchmal etwas zusammen gekocht. Wir respektieren aber unsere Privatsphäre und geben jedem die Ruhe, die er/sie braucht.
