Hei:) Bei mir in der Wohnung wird ein (unmöbliertes) Zimmer frei. Es handelt sich um ein großes (18qm), helles Zimmer mit hohen Fenster und breiten Fensterbänken. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 60qm großen Wohnung, wir würden uns also Bad und Küche teilen. Die restliche Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, großem Kühlschrank, Abstellkammer & einem Kellerabteil, den du mitbenutzen kannst. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines sanierten Altbauhauses an toller Lage direkt am Josephsplatz.
Hey:) I have one (unfurnished) room in my apartment. It is a large (18qm), bright room with high windows and wide windowsills. The room is in a 60qm apartment, we would share a bathroom and kitchen. The rest of the apartment is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge, storage room and a cellar compartment that you can also use. The apartment is on the ground floor of a renovated old Bauhaus building in a great location directly on Josephsplatz.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Josephsplatz! U-Bahn, Bus und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Edeka, Rewe, Apotheke) befinden sich zu Fuss 5 min entfernt. Der Hohenzollernplatz befindet sich zu Fuss 10 min entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt an einer schönen, ruhigen Straße mitten in der Maxvorstadt. In der Nähe gibt es auch cute Cafés:) Tum und LMU sind 10 min entfernt!
The apartment is located directly at Josephsplatz! Metro, bus and shopping (Netto, Edeka, Rewe, Apotheke) are within walking distance 5 min. Hohenzollernplatz is within walking distance 10 min. The apartment is located on a nice, quiet street in the middle of Maxvorstadt. Nearby there are also cute cafes:) Tum and LMU are 10 min away!
Du würdest mit mir, Elena (24), zusammenwohnen. Ich beende gerade meinen Bachelor in Kommunikationswissenschaften & arbeiten nebenbei freiberuflich bei der SZ und dem Münchner Merkur. Beim Zusammenleben ist mir wichtig, dass man aufeinander Rücksicht nimmt, die Wohnung sauber gehalten wird (mit Putzplan) und man sich ansonsten auch gut miteinander versteht:)
You would live with me, Elena (24). I'm just finishing my bachelor's degree in communications & work part-time freelance at SZ and the Munich Merkur. When living together it's important to me that you take care of each other, the apartment is kept clean (with cleaning plan) and you get along well with each other:)
Das WG-Zimmer ist bis August/September befristet, es gibt aber die Möglichkeit die Wohnung danach zu übernehmen.
The shared room is limited until August/September, but there is the possibility to take over the apartment after that.
