Hey there! I'm looking for someone cool to join me in my laid-back living space, just a quick 5-minute stroll from the U-Bahn station. The available room is a cozy 20 m², partly furnished and ready for you to add your personal touch. It’s part of a 75 m² apartment with a separate kitchen and dining room, and we share a bathroom that has a tub and washing machine.
I am currently in the process of finishing up furnishing and decorating the apartment to make it feel like a proper home, as I haven't moved in too long ago either.
The rent is €900 a month, which covers all the utilities, and I’m asking for a minimum stay of 6 months. There's a deposit of 2 months' rent.
