Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Bett (inklusive frischer Bettwäsche), Kleiderschrank, Regal, Nachttisch, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Couch.
Lage:
Das Zimmer befindet sich im Stadtteil Giesing und lst gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln verbunden. Direkt vor der Haustür fährt die Tram 20 und 25. Ausserdem ist die Ubahn Statuon Wettersteinplatz in 3 Minuten mit der Traum oder in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man in 25 Minuten.
Wg:
In der Wg leben 4 weitere Mitbewohner, die entweder studieren oder arbeiten. Es handelt sich um eine Zweck Wg, die Küche bietet sich jedoch an, um sich mit seinen Mitbewohnern auszutauschen.
Küche, sowie Bad sind vollständig ausgestattet und werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt.
Miete & Kaution
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 770€ und ist inklusive aller Nebenkosten, wie Strom, Heizen, Internet, Wasser etc.
Die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete und wird bei Schlüsselangabe zurückerstattet.

I am renting out my room for the period 01.02.2025 to 31.03.2025.
Room:
The room is furnished with a bed (including fresh bed linen), closet, shelf, bedside table, desk, chair and couch.
Location:
The room is located in the Giesing district and is well connected to public transportation. Streetcar 20 and 25 run right outside the front door and the subway station Wettersteinplatz can be reached in 3 minutes by tram or in 15 minutes on foot. The main train station can be reached in 25 minutes.
Flat share:
There are 4 other flatmates living in the flat who are either studying or working. It is a purpose-built flat share, but the kitchen is ideal for socializing with your flatmates.
The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and are shared.
Rent & deposit
The monthly rent is €770 and includes all utilities such as electricity, heating, internet, water, etc.
The deposit is 250€ and will be refunded when the key is given.
