Das Zimmer ist 14m2 groß und enthält bereits einen Kleiderschrank der vom Vermieter aus mit vermietet wird.
Des Weiteren kann ein 140x200cm Bett übernommen werden inklusive Lattenrost für 60 Euro übernommen werden. Da die Wg in den letzten Jahren etliche Anschaffungen in den Gemeinschaftsräumen hatte, wird eine Ablöse von 600 Euro verlang für neuen Esstisch, Staubsauger, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine sowie Gartenlounge.
Die Wohnung hat auch zwei Balkone, auf denen man wunderbar eine Tasse Tee genießen kann..

Furthermore, a 140x200cm bed including slatted frame can be taken over for 60 euros. The flat also has two balconies which are wonderful to enjoy a cup of tea.
Die Lage ist echt super. Man ist super nah an der U2, Station Frankfurter Ring und in 3 Minuten an der Bushaltestelle Moosacher Str. Auch der Olympia Park ist sowohl mit dem Bus als auch mit dem Fahrrad super schnell zu erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch etliche vor Ort. Lidl, Aldi und DM sind in 6 Minuten Laufweg zu erreichen. Falls man mal einen größeren Einkauf machen will ist auch der V-Markt in der Nähe.

The location is really great. It takes 9 minutes to get to the U-Bahn station Frankfurter Ring and 3 minutes to the bus stop Moosacher Str. The Olympia Park can also be reached very quickly by bus or bicycle.
There are also several shopping facilities on site. Lidl, Aldi and DM are a 6-minute walk away. If you want to do a larger purchase, the V-Markt is also nearby.
In der WG lebt Livian 26 der Psychologie studiert hat und zur Zeit bei Amazon arbeitet. Er hört gerne Techno ist super offen und man kann über alles mögliche mit ihm labern. Pascal 27 ist Halbspanier und arbeitet als Flugzeugmechaniker. Ihn kriegt man mit allen möglichen Arten von Sportlichen Aktivitäten. Dori 32 kommt aus Venezuela und arbeitet als HR. Sie ist viel in der Welt unterwegs und liebt es zu reisen.
Alles in allen sind alle Mitbewohner super nett, jeder macht aber auch ein bisschen sein Ding.

Der Vermieter bräuchte ein Einkommensnachweis der letzten drei Monate sowie eine Schufa (request now) Auskunft.
Falls es gegenseitig passt würden wir die Dokumente brauchen.
Außerdem hat der Mietvertrag eine Mindestmietdauer von einem Jahr.
