Hallo zusammen,
in unserer 4er-Mädels-WG wird ein heimeliges, helles Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon zur Untermiete frei! Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und bietet alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Perfekt für alle, die eine entspannte und unkomplizierte WG suchen.
Die Wohnung liegt super angebunden am Herzig-Ernst-Platz. Die U-Bahn-Stationen (U3/U4/U5/U6) sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar – mit dem Bus in 2 Minuten, zu Fuß in ca. 7 Minuten. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es alles für den Alltag: Aldi, Penny, DM, Kiosk und mehr.
Aktuell wohnen hier Lara und Lea, und ab dem 1.2. zieht Susanna frisch mit ein. Wir sind alle ziemlich busy und haben unterschiedliche Tagesabläufe, deshalb sieht man sich nicht ständig. Aber wenn man sich über den Weg läuft, quatscht man auch mal gerne. Eine harmonische Atmosphäre ohne feste Verpflichtungen ist uns wichtig.
