Die Buslinie 154 fährt direkt zur LMU und zum TUM Hauptcampus in 30-40 Minuten.
Die S-Bahn-Station Johannes Kirche (S8) ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bringt dich in ca. 20 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum.
In der Nähe gibt es Lidl, DM und zwei REWE, sodass Einkaufen sehr bequem ist.
Das WG-Zimmer ist 16 m² groß und gehört zu einer 4er-WG.
Die Miete beträgt 770€ warm.
Die Mitbewohner sind zwei nicht-chinesische Männer, die sehr ordentlich und freundlich sind.
Das Zimmer ist ab März verfügbar, und ein Mietvertrag mit Anmeldung ist möglich.
Ein früherer Einzug ab ca. 20. Februar ist für zusätzlich 100€ möglich.
Ich werde die Wohnung Mitte Februar verlassen.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und Dunstabzug.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Kleiderschrank, Bett, Schreibtisch und Stuhl.
Zusätzlich können zwei kleine Tische und ein großer Tisch für 25€ übernommen werden.

There are Lidl, DM, and two REWE supermarkets nearby, making grocery shopping very convenient.
The WG room is 16 m² in size and part of a 4-person shared apartment.
The rent is €770 warm.
The flatmates are two non-Chinese men, who are tidy and friendly.
The room is available from March, and a rental contract with registration is possible.
An earlier move-in around February 20 is possible for an additional €100.
I will move out in mid-February.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and extractor hood.
The room is furnished with a wardrobe, bed, desk, and chair.
Additionally, two small tables and one large table can be taken over for €25.
