Biete mein Zimmer kurzfristig für den Februar zur Untermiete an. Es ist möbliert und du könntest sofort einziehen.

Offering my room for the month of february. Its fully furnished and you could move in imediately.

Die WG liegt im Münchener Norden an der Grenze zwischen Milbertshofen-Am Hart und Freimann. Zur Bushaltestelle sind es 2 Minuten, von wo man in ca 10 Minuten zur U6 (Kieferngarten) oder U2 (Am Hart) kommt und damit super an die Innenstadt oder Garching Forschungszentrum angebunden ist. Aldi und Edeka befinden sich direkt neben der Bushaltestelle und zu Lidl und DM sind es auuch weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

English:
The flat is located in the North of Munich on the border between Milbertshofen-Am Hart and Freimann. The next bus stop is a two minute walk and from there its about 10 minutes on the bus to U6 (Kieferngarten) or U2 (Am Hart), so its really easy to go the city or Garching Research Center. Next to the bus stop are also Aldi and Edeka and you can reach Lidl and DM in less than 10 minutes as well.

Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit zwei türkischen Studenten teilen. Sie sind sehr nett und ordentlich und immer für ein Gespräch zu haben.

You would share the flat with two turkish students. They are really nice and clean and they are always up for a chat.

Das Zimmer kann sofort bezogen werden aber eine Verlängerung ist definitiv nicht möglich da die gesamte WG zum März ausziehen muss.

The room is ready to be movef in to but an extend of the stay is definitely nit possible because the whole WG has ti move out at the end of February.
