Das Zimmer ist ist im Moment unmöbliert, ich könnte jedoch ein Bett, einen kleinen Schreibtisch und eine Kleiderstange einrichten!
Das Zimmer ist ostseitig (Morgensonne) orientiert und hat Dachschrägen.
Es ist ungefähr 16m2 groß.

Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss und sehr hell und lichtdurchflutet!

Ich habe die Wohnung gerade von Freunden übernommen und bin daher selbst gerade eingezogen! Die Wohnung ist eine lichtdurchflutete Dachgeschosswohnung und liegt super ruhig in einem Innenhof zwischen Scheidplatz (U2) und Bonner Platz (U3).
Am Bonner Platz gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sogar einen Bäcker der auch Sonntags auf hat!
Luitpold- und Olympiapark sind zum joggen und Sonne genießen auch direkt in der Nähe!

Ich bin David, 31 Jahre, habe Architektur studiert und lebe schon seit ich ausgezogen bin immer in WG's. Ich fange im März eine neue Stelle in München an und habe daher gerade viel Zeit um auch die Wohnung noch weiter einzurichten.
Ich liebe die Natur & die Berge und bin daher an den Wochenenden meistens unterwegs. Ich würde mich als sehr positiv gestimmten, umsichtigen und ruhigen Menschen beschreiben :)
