[DE] Das Zimmer liegt im EG, hat zwei große Fenster nach Norden und Osten und ist dadurch sehr hell, heizt sich im Sommer aber nicht sehr auf. Mit 15m² hat man im Zimmer reichlich Platz. Die anliegende Straße ist nicht stark befahren und man hört die Autos nicht, nur die Tram merkt man etwas (da gewöhnt man sich aber auch schnell dran). Ich würde das Zimmer teilmöbliert übergeben. Das sind das Bettgestell (140x200cm) und der offene Kleiderschrank usammen mit der Küche wäre der Abschlag dann 200€. Außerdem haben wir haben eine Waschmaschine im Badezimmer, einen schönen großen Innenhof, und ein Kellerabteil.
[ENG] The room is on the ground floor, has two large windows facing north and east and is therefore very bright, but does not heat up much in summer. With 15m² you have plenty of space in the room. The adjacent street is not very busy and you don't hear the cars, only the streetcar is a bit noticeable (but you get used to it quickly). I would hand over the room partially furnished. These are the bed frame (140x200cm) and the open closet together with the kitchen, the discount would be 200€. We also have a washing machine in the bathroom, a nice large courtyard, and a cellar compartment.
[DE] Die WG liegt in einem Wohnviertel und die Umgebung und Nachbarn sind ruhig. Von der WG aus kommt man schnell zu allem möglichen Verkehrsmitteln. In 2min ist man bei Tram (18-19) und Bus (62), und in 10min an der S-Bahn Stammstrecke und U-Bahn (Westendstraße/Friedenheimer Straße, U4, U5). Ein Penny ist 100m die Straße runter, außerdem gibt es einen Edeka 4min entfernt und einen Hit knapp 10min entfernt.
[ENG] The shared flat is located in a residential area and the surroundings and neighbors are quiet. From the shared flat you can quickly get to all kinds of transportation. In 2 minutes you can get to the Tram (18 -19 ) bus (62), and in 10 minutes to the S-Bahn main line and U-Bahn (Westendstraße/Friedenheimer Straße, U4, U5). [DE] Deine Mitbewohner werden Fabian(23) und Finn sein (21), die beide Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik an der TUM studieren. Beide sind sehr nett, offen und ordentlich. Beide wohnen seit 2022 in der WG.
[ENG] Your roommate will be Fabian (23) and Finn (21), both currently studying aerospace engineering aerospace at TUM. Both really kind, open and tidy. Both are living in the appartment since 2022
[DE] Meine derzeitige Miete beträgt ~745 € warm. Es könnte aber sein, dass die Miete erhöht wird. Das müsste dann mit dem Vermieter geklärt werden. GEZ und WLAN schlagen mit ca. 20 € zu Buche.
