Ich vermiete mein voll möbiliertes Zimmer vom 01.04. bis 31.05. unter, da ich für meine Praktika nicht in München sein werde.
Ggf kann die Zwischenmiete noch bis Ende Juni verlängert werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 8Minuten zu Fuß von der U3 ( fährt direkt zur Uni) und auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt von der Tramlinie 20 und U1.
Zum Einkaufen gibt es ein Rewe in der Straße sonst ist auch das OEZ oder ein Norma in der Nähe:)
Die Gegend ist relativ ruhig und auch nicht weit entfernt vom Olympiapark und Schloss Nymphenburg.
Mit dir zusammen wohnt meine liebe Mitbewohnerin, Masha ,28Jahre alt und arbeitet Vollzeit.
Sie ist immer offen für ein gemeinsamen Mädlsabend, dennoch sollte auch jeder seinen Rückzugsort haben.
Dir sollte Sauberkeit wichtig sein, aber ein Putzplan gibt es bei uns nicht;)
Eine Haftpflichtversicherung sollte vorhanden sein:)
