Das Zimmer ist etwa 16m2 groß, komplett und schön möbliert, hell in der Morgensonne, Fenster Richtung Norden, im Sommer angenehm kühl. Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche werden mit den 2 Mitbewohnern geteilt. Heizung, Strom, WLAN inkl.
Das Haus ist in sehr grünen und ruhigen Umgebung. U-Bahn Freimann 17 Min zu Fuß, Buslinie 181 6 Min zu Fuß (fährt zur U-Bahn-Station Studentenstadt), Bayerischer Rundfunk 9 Min zu Fuß, Biergarten Aumeister/Englischer Garten 13 Min zu Fuß, LMU München 20 Min mit dem Rad, 10 min zu Fuß zur Isar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Bäckerei 10 Min zu Fuß, Aldi 14 Min zu Fuß
Das Zimmer ist in einer 3er WG (eine junge Frau und eine ältere Dame) im Parterre, für München extrem naturnahe und ruhige Lage, mit großem Garten am Schwabinger Bach. Im Haus befinden sich noch zwei weitere Wohnungen, die unterm Dach wird von einem jungen Paar bewohnt, im 1. OG ist eine weitere 2er WG (1 Student und der Hausbesitzer).
Wir bevorzugen eine Frau weil die Toilette und das Bad mit den beiden Bewohnerinen geteilt wir. Als absolute Voraussetzung ist die Beherschung der deutsche Sprache. Die ältere Dame spricht nur deutsch und die Benutzung der Küche (die andere Bewohnerin hat ihr eigene Küche) erfordert die gute Kenntnisse der Sprache
