Hi,
ich vermiete mein teilmöbliertes Zimmer mit Balkon für den Zeitraum von Mitte März - 30.04 unter. Einzugstermin ist flexibel um ein paar Tage.
Zimmer hat 25qm. zur Einrichtung gehören alle weißen Möbel, also:
Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, weißes Regal, der flache Tisch und die beiden Schlafcouch. Der Rest gehört mir (auch der Bürostuhl) und kommt raus.
Ebenso inbegriffen sind Strom, Heizung und Internet.
Gelegen zum Innenhof in der Berg-am-Laim-Str, also trotz Lage an der Hauptstraße ziemlich ruhig.
Tram-Bahn ist direkt vor der Tür, zur U2 sind es zu Fuß 10min, zur S-Bahn 10-15min.
In der WG wohnen noch zwei Mitbewohner. Einer spricht russisch und englisch, der andere deutsch, englisch, arabisch und französisch. Also Verständigung sollte leicht sein.
In der Küche ist sonst alles vorhanden was man braucht. Von Kochsachen über Kühl- und Gefrierschrank bis zu Spül- und Waschmaschine.
Ist eher ne Zweck-WG, aber ab und an kann was unternommen werden, wie du magst.
Haben einen Putzplan 1x Woche.
Als Kaution würde ich 500€ veranschlagen.
