Schönes Altbauzimmer in toller Wg zu einem bezahlbaren Preis zur Untermiete ab 01.03.2025. Ich bin für mindestens 3, wahrscheinlich auch mehr Monate weg und würde das Zimmer an einen liebevollen Mensch untervermieten. Das Zimmer hat ein schönes großes Fenster wo morgens die Sonne hereinscheint. Ich habe vieles neu renoviert und auf Absprache kann ich auch einige Möbel mit untervermieten.

Das Haus liegt wenige Minuten vom Josephsplatz entfernt und ist somit absolut zentral. Hier gibt es jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein edeka ist direkt 1 Minute weg. Außerdem gibt es Kaffees Bäckereien, usw.

Mit dir würde eine junge Frau, Studentin und ein junger Mann, auch Student wohnen. Sie sind beide absolut herzerfrischende Persönlichkeiten. Es ist ausdrücklich keine Party WG, hier wird gern gekocht und auch mal zusammen gesessen, aber Partys sind die absolute Ausnahme.
Die beiden sind absolut verträgliche Menschen, hier achtet jeder auf den anderen damit sich niemand unwohl fühlt.

Da ich noch nicht sicher bin wie lange ich weg sein werde und ob ich überhaupt zurückkomme, würde das Zimmer erstmal auf 3 Monate Probe vermietet werden um dann zu schauen ob es passt. Wenn dem so ist kann es gern auch weiterhin untervermietet werden.
