I’m renting out my cozy room in our international WG.

The room is 13 m², fully furnished, and has a special highlight: a huge balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains and the park right behind the house.

Die U5-Station Quiddestraße ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und von dort braucht man ca. 30 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.
Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es einen großen Parkplatz.

The U5 station Quiddestraße is only a 10-minute walk away, and from there, it takes about 30 minutes to reach the main train station.
There is also a large parking lot right in front of the building.

Die WG besteht aus fünf anderen netten Mädels, die entweder studieren oder arbeiten. Wir haben eine ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre, und auch die Umgebung ist nicht laut.

The flat is shared with five other lovely girls who are either studying or working. We have a quiet and pleasant atmosphere, and the area itself is also not noisy.
