Hallo Zusammen,
Da ich für 3 Monate nicht in München bin, suche ich eine Untermieterin für mein schönes WG-Zimmer in einer super großen und modernen 2er-WG.
Das Wichtigste:
• Zeitraum: 01.05. bis 31.07.
• Zimmer: ca. 24qm möbliert
• Wohnung: 100qm, hochwertig ausgestattet
• Gemeinschaftsbereiche: großer Wohnbereich mit offener Küche, Balkon, Dachterrasse
• Badezimmer: großes Bad + Gäste WC
Die Wohnung ist direkt neben der S-Bahn Station Berg am Laim. Von dort sind es nur 10-15 Minuten zum Marienplatz. Gegenüber des Gebäudes gibt es einen Aldi, Rewe und DM.
Deine Mitbewohnerin ist entspannt und ordentlich. Die WG-Atmosphäre ist freundschaftlich, aber jeder hat auch seinen Freiraum.
