Ein sehr helles 18qm Zimmer mit 2 große Fenstern und Holzboden. Das Zimmer ist mobiliert mit einem Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch, 2 Stühle, ein Regal und eine Lampe. In der Wohnung sind zudem noch ein Esszimmer, eine große Küche (mit Spülmaschine), ein Abstellkammmer und ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Keller befindet sich noch eine Waschmaschine.

A very bright 18 m² room with 2 large windows and wooden floor. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, 2 chairs, a shelf and a lamp. The flat also has a dining room, a large kitchen (with dishwasher), a storage room and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is also a washing machine in the cellar.

Zur S-Bahn (S5) sind es ca. 6 min zu Fuß. Zur U-Bahn (U5) fährt man eine Station mit der S-Bahn, drei Stationen mit dem Bus oder ca. 20 minuten zu Fuß. Zum Stadtzentrum ca. 15-18 Minuten mit ÖPNV.
Die Wohnung lieht im Grünen, sehr ruhig und zentral. Es gibt mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, mit max. 8 min Fußweg (Rewe, Edeka, Rossmann).

The S-Bahn (S5) is about a 6-minute walk away. The underground (U5) is one stop on the S-Bahn, three stops by bus or approx. 20 minutes on foot. To the city centre approx. 15-18 minutes by public transport.
The flat is located in a green area, very quiet and central. There are several shopping facilities within 8 minutes walking distance (Rewe, Edeka, Rossmann).

Es wohnen drei andere sehr liebe Frauen (zw. 22 und 26 Jahre alt) in der WG. Zwei Mitbewohnerinen sind berufstätig und eine ist Studentin (sie arbeitet auch nebenher). Das WG-Leben ist sehr ruhig und entspannt. Es soll keine Zweck-WG werden. Ab und zu wird zusammen gekocht oder etwas zusammen unternommen. Wir haben einen Putzplan, an den wir uns in der Regel auch halten.

There are three other women (between 22 and 26 years old) living in the flat. Two flatmates are working and one is a student (she also works part-time). Life in the flat share is very quiet and relaxed. It is not intended to be a functional flat share. From time to time we cook together or do something together. We also have a cleaning schedule that we generally stick to.

Die Miete ist 630€. In der Miete sind Strom, Heizung, Wasser und die Müllgebühren enthalten. Das Internet teilen sich die Bewohnerinnen untereinander (monatliche Gebühr ist 10€).
