I am subletting my room for three weeks while I’m away on vacation. The room is cozy and comfortable, and thanks to my recent redecoration, it feels even more spacious! :) It is fully furnished and includes:
a large wardrobe
a study desk with a chair
a bed
a mirror
a night lamp
The apartment has a bathroom with two separate toilets, a spacious kitchen (which we often use as a common area), a balcony, and a cellar for shared use.

Die Wohnung liegt ca. 7 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in ca. 35 Minuten zu erreichen.
Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Edeka ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt, Aldi, Lidl, Rewe sind 10 Minuten entfernt.

The flat is located about 7 km away from the city center and it takes around 35 minutes by public transport to get there.
The bus and tram stops are 5 minutes away by foot. Edeka is a 5-minute walk away, and Aldi, Lidl, Rewe are at a 10-minute distance.
Du wirst mit vier tollen Mitbewohnern zusammenleben. Drei von ihnen arbeiten Vollzeit, sodass du sie unter der Woche vielleicht nicht so oft siehst. Aber alle sind superfreundlich, herzlich und entspannt. Wir gehen am Wochenende gerne aus oder hängen einfach in der Küche herum, trinken Wein und unterhalten uns gut.

You’ll be living with four great flatmates. Three of them work full-time, so during the weekdays, you might not see them very often. However, everyone is super friendly, welcoming, and chill. We love going out on weekends or just hanging out in the kitchen with wine and good conversation.
Die oberste Anforderung für mich ist Ordnung. Das gilt für das Zimmer und die Gemeinschaftsräume. Daher suche ich natürlich jemanden, der sich während meiner Abwesenheit gut um mein Zimmer kümmert :)
