Meine Mitbewohnerin zieht leider aus, weshalb ich für das Zimmer zum Hinterhof gelegen jemand neues suche.
Das Zimmer hat ca 17 qm2 und liegt sehr ruhig.
Wir haben einen großen Balkon, der zur Küche zugänglich ist.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Bismarckstrasse im Herzen Schwabings.
Zur Münchner Freiheit sind es nur ca. 6 Gehminuten.
Edeka, DM, Rewe und Alnatura sind ebenfall innerhalb 6 Min erreichbar.
Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung ruhig in einer Nebenstraße.
Du ziehst mit mir, Selina, zusammen. Ich bin aktuell 31 Jahre alt und arbeite in der Wohnungslosenhilfe. Nebenbei bin ich im kreativen Bereich selbstständig.
Nach der Arbeit treffe ich mich super gerne mit Freunden, gehe Laufen, Radeln oder bin kreativ zu Hause.
Ich suche keine Zweck-WG, sondern jemanden, mit dem man auch mal zusammen in der Küche quatschen kann. Trotzdem kann jeder auch für sich sein.
Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind mir sehr wichtig, damit sich beide wirklich wohlfühlen.
