The whole apartment is modern and fully furnished, with living/dining room + a small balcony.
The room is quite bright, with a queen-sized bed, a 3 store drawer and a desk suitable to work.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher included.
A private washing machine is also present and located in a small laundry room on the floor below.

Very pretty residential area, with cute shops, cafes and restaurants and a couple of supermarkets (Penny, Edeka, Bio Markets) reachable on foot.
The apt is in a very quiet street but also very well connected to the city center --> U4/U5 + a few trams, but also not far from sbahn (Ostbahnhof/Rosenheimer Platz)

We are two Italians, Caterina & Pietro, both 27 from Torino - We are a couple and are sharing the other room (there's 2 in total).
We're both workers, so mostly busy during the weekdays and often out, for this reason we prefer only workers!
We are quite sociable, we enjoiy going out after work, doing sports and also inviting friends over for dinner 🍝
Looking for a friendly flatmate to enjoy our WG time!
