It is located on top floor in a buidling with lift. The room faces south, sunny, warm in winter. 2 min walk to lido, netto, Aldi,edeka, and OEZ. The bathroom has windows.
The flat is minutes away on foot to Olympia Einkaufen Zentrum, Olympia park, BMW welt, BMW museum, TUM, Muchen Hochschule, and O2 tower. It is 5 min to U1/U3 to central munich. Many busline connection (175, 50, 60, 143). Easy commute to airport. Parking is available.
