Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 72 qm groß und hat zwei Zimmer.
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 28 qm groß, Süd ausgerichtet mit Blick zum Hinterhof und ist teilmöbliert (PAX-Kleiderschrank 150cm Breit nicht auf dem Bild, Tisch mit Stühle, Bücherregal).
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Gasherd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Spühlmaschine, Esstisch und alles was man noch braucht.
Abstellkamer mit Waschmaschine und Schuhregal.
Fahrradabteil mit ausreichendem Platz.
Die Lage ist super, es gibt etliche Supermärkte in der Nähe, ebenso schöne Geschäfte und Restaurants. Am Hohenzollernplatz fahren neben der U2 die Trams 12 und 37 sowie die Busse 53 und 59.
Zudem ist der Luitpoldpark nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt und perfekt zum Spazieren gehen oder Joggen.
Ich wohne seit 13 Jahren in München und bin berufstätig.
Es soll keine Zweck-WG sein - jedoch bin ich selbst auch viel unterwegs und freue mich zu Hause auf eine entspannte aber ruhige Zeit.
Ganz wichtig ist jedoch ein rücksichtsvoller Umgang, Zuverlässigkeit und Freundlichkeit.
