Hi, we are searching a new flatmate to join our international WG!

Our house is a classic family house spread over 3 floors. The room is on the basement floor, where there is another room and a small sink where we can wash our hands/face, and the room gets sunlight. On the ground floor there is one of the shared bathrooms (we have a total of 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and a toilet) and the kitchen.

The room comes fully furnished with a bed, a wardrobe a desk and a mirror. There is a shared kitchen and a garden for bbqs and gatherings.
We also have a laundry area with a washing machine and several racks to hang our clothes.
There is wifi available in the whole house.

In the Costs everthing is included also the GEZ and Internet. So no additional costs!

The room will be available at 4th of August. Ideally the moving date shouldn’t be beyond the 5th of August.

Das Haus befindet sich im Münchner Stadtteil Laim. In 5 Minuten erreicht man die Ubahnstation Friedensheimerstr (U5).
Auch die Nachtlinie der Tram 19 ist in Reichweite. Auch die Sbahn kann in ca 11 Minuten zu fuß erreicht werden. Zum Flughafen sind es ca. 45 Minuten.

Supermärkte, Restaurants und Banken erreicht man ebenso in nicht einmal 5 Minuten.

The house is located in the Munich district of Laim. The Friedensheimerstr subway station (U5) can be reached in 5 minutes.
The night line of tram 19 is also within reach. The S-Bahn can also be reached on foot in about 11 minutes. The airport is about 45 minutes away.

Supermarkets, restaurants and banks can also be reached in less than 5 minutes.

There are currently four men and three women in the shared flat. It is a diverse mix of students and professionals.
We are not a Zweck WG. Of course, we have different backgrounds and ınterests, but an the end of the day we always try to cooperate and ıntegrate.
