Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet. In dem Zimmer wirst du dich bestimmt wohlfühlen weil es ruhig zum Innenhof liegt. Aus dem Fenster schaust du auf einen alten Lebensbaum.

Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. Die U-Bahnstation Obersendling ist ca 5 Minuten entfernt. Zur S-Bahn Siemenswerkt brauchst du ca. 7 Minuten. Edeka, Aldi, Apotheke, Ärzte, Fitnessstudio alles in der Nähe. Die Isar ist ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.

Ich suche nach einem netten, ruhigen, ordentlichen Mitbewohner/in. Das Zimmer wird nur an Nichtraucher vermietet. Ich bin ein unkopmlizierter Mensch, reise gern und mache Sport wenn ich Zeit dafür finde. Mit mir kann man über alles reden. Ich habe bis jetzt nur positive WG Erfahrungen, man lernt immer wieder was Neues dazu. Ich bin gespannt auf das Zusammenleben mit dir.

Einmal in der Woche wird geputzt, du kannst dir aussuchen ob Bad oder Küche. Ich habe kein WLAN in der Wohnung. Du kannst deinen alten Vertrag mitnehmen wenn du willst.
