It has a sofa bed, a small desk, bookshelves and a wardrobe. It has access to a balcony where you have a great view overlooking the entire Theresienwiese!
The apartment:
Located in the 8th floor, it has 4 rooms, each 2 of them share a balcony. The common areas are the bathrooms, kitchen and dining area.
🚽🚿 There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower.
🔪🍳The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a good fridge. We also have a washing machine.
🍽 The dining area has 1 table for 6 guests.
📍🚊🚇 It's just 5 minutes walk-distance from Theresienwiese subway station, 10 minutes away from Hackerbrücke, where you have a S-bahn station and central bus station. Our building is also right next to the Schwanthalerhöhe Forum shopping mall, where you find ALL sorts of amenities you’ll need: clothing, supermarkets, restaurants and drug stores.
I am moving out and leaving my lovely room in the most wonderful WG I have ever lived at.
You will be living with 2 Brazilians and one Portuguese. Life at this WG is very comfortable, supportive and fun, you can make a home away from home here, and have friends to spend time with whenever you feel like it.
