I will be in India for a job in education sector. My flatmate Max will stay in the apartment. He is doing MA Business Administration in his final year. He is very trustable, nice and open minded.
The rent (800/month) is "warm" including warm water, waste, electricity and internet etc. ... A bicyle, electric guitar and acoustic guitar are also included in the rent. The flat is not far away from LMU or TUM.
Your room will be: 19 sqm-WG-room on mezzanine floor, no balcony. Furniture: There is a bed (140cm x 200 cm), matress, table, chair, sleeping sofa, bookshelf, TV and a large wardrobe in the room. All can be used for free - same for kitchen equipment, washing machine, fridge, coffee machine, microwave etc. ...
Commonly used space: 25,44 sqm + attic floor storage (whole flat has 63 sqm).
It is not sure yet but it might be possible to rent the room longer (in case my contract will be extended).
