Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock (Lift vorhanden) - und ist zentral gelegen direkt an der Isar beim Deutschen Museum. Anbindung für Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist in unmittelbarer Nähe z.B. Tram 2 min, S-Bahn 5 min, Bus 2 min. und U-Bahn 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Kino befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie auch Cafés, Restaurants, Clubs, .....

The apartment is centrally located right at the Isar river 2 min walking from the Deutsches Museum. We have grocery stores, café houses, restaurants, cinema, ... within a few minutes walking from the house. Moreover, public transport is also in walking distance i.e. Tram 2 min, S-Bahn 5 min, Bus 2 min. and the metro is 7 minutes away.
Ich bin Irene - 30 Jahre alt und arbeite als IT Engineer im Big Data Bereich. Wenn nicht gerade Covid-Restriktionen in Kraft sind, bin ich 4 Tage die Woche auf Geschäftsreise. Bin eigentlich relativ easy und trinke gern mal ein Bier bzw. Glässchen Wein. Ich lege Wert auf Sauberkeit- und Vertrauen.
Generell werden Küchen und Badezimmer geteilt - und basic Küchenutensilen dürfen mitbenutzt werden. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich viele Cafés/ Restaurants- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

A few words about myself. I am Irene - 30 years old and I work as an IT engineer. I usually travel for work up to 4 days a week - but currently not due to covid-restrictions. I am an active person and sports enthusiast - I like to road biking, swimming, yoga, ..... but also enjoy having beers or a glas of wine.
In general shared facilities are kitchen and bathroom. Basic kitchen gadgets can also be used.
Es wohnen Garfield und Sparkle (Katzen) in der Wohnung - die hängen meistens am Balkon ab und müssen nicht von dir betreut werden.

Note: Garfield and Sparkle are also living in the house. They mostly hang out on the balcony or my bedroom. The cats are taking care of by me.
