Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet: zwischen LMU und TUM, 5 min zu Englischem Garten, Tram, Bus U-Bahn, ins Museumsviertel und mit ÖPNV in die Innenstadt. Viele Bars, Restaurants , Supermärkte, Drogerie, Apotheken um die Ecke. Nahe altem Nordfriedhof zum Chillen und Joggen.
Zu mir: Ich bin nicht mehr berufstätig, beschäftige mich mit Kunst und Fotografie und habe deshalb wenig Zeit. Aber ich fände es schön, ab und zu ein bisschen quatschen zu können oder ein Bier zusammen zu trinken.
