Das Zimmer ist lichtdurchflutet und hat eine neue moderne Dämmung. Kein Lärm und Geräusche von außen, obwohl das Zimmer zur Strasse ist. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert. Früher wurde das Zimmer als Wohnzimmer genutzt, danach als Büro und aktuell wohnt Sarah dort drin bis 31.1.
Das Zimmer ist ca 30qm groß und schliesst an die Gemeinschaftsküche an, genau wie die anderen Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung hat 2 Bäder und 2 Toiletten.
Direkt am Isartor. 2 Gehminuten zum Marienplatz.
Aktuell besteht die Wohnung aus Sarah, Jolene und mir. Ich selbst bin aber im Schnitt nur 1 Woche pro Monat in München. Am 31.1. zieht Sarah aus und Jolene und ich suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Jolene ist Studentin und erst seit wenigen Monaten in München. Ich selbst bin Hauptberuflich in Ulm, deshalb wohne ich die meiste Zeit dort.
