A very warm welcome to my apartment. From Nov. 1st I offer one room in a 4 room apartment for one person. Due to respect to the other tenants female occupants are preferred. The room is equipped with a bed (1,00 x 2,00 m), desk, TV, wardrobe, sofa etc..
The kitchen is fully equipped (cooking facilities, oven + Nespresso machine, washing machine, no dish washer though) and available for use. The room is equipped with a TV set.
The bathroom has a bathtub/shower and provides everything you need. Towels are provided as well as bed linens.

Apart from the fact that you stay in a clean and quiet home you'll find yourself in quite a unique location:
From your place you are within a 2 minute walk from the underground station “University”, the tram and a taxi rank. As it is the heart of the University area you have countless cafes, bakers, restaurants, boutiques and other shops, as well as pharmacies, copy shops, self-service laundry (open on weekends) around the corner. The English Garden, University, Pinakothek der Moderne, Alte Pinakothek, Leopold Street are within 5 minutes walking distance. In 10 minutes you are in Munich's city center in the pedestrian zone.

L'appartamento si trova in un'ottima posizione, vicino all'università. Il Giardino Inglese è a 5 minuti di distanza, in circa 15 minuti siete a Marienplatz!
