The flatshare has a total of 4 rooms (4th room always vacant, only 3 people living currently) and is located on the 1st floor.
The large, bright and quiet room is fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk, sofa, duvet, etc.) and has high-speed internet, you also have direct access to the large, sunny Balcony.
You have sun all day long :)
The small but fine kitchen is fully equipped.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
Washing machine and bicycle storage room are also available.
The Room is only for a short period since I am taking a vacation I want to rent my room for a month
I would prefer a student but also others are welcome. you need to provide some proof of ID which I can take a copy of and will be returned once I come back. This is for security.
Location
The apartment is located in Laim. The location offers a very good infrastructure and high recreational value. The Westpark is in the immediate vicinity and is great for jogging.
Shopping:
Hoenigschmidplatz with numerous shops (Edeka, REWE, Rossmann, pharmacy, Orterer beverage market, bakeries, laundry etc.) is only about 550 m away.
Laimer Platz is only 1 km away and can be easily reached on foot, by bike or by bus. Here you can find almost every business, e.g. various supermarkets, organic markets, pharmacies, various specialist shops, restaurants of all kinds, the post office, banks, various doctors, the adult education center, the city library, etc ..
Public transport:
By bike you can reach the U5 Laimer Platz underground station in approx. 4 minutes and the Laim S-Bahn station in approx. 10 minutes.
With the bus (300 m away) you can reach the Laimer Platz and the Laim S-Bahn (journey time approx. 4 minutes or 8 minutes). With the S-Bahn and U-Bahn you are in the city center in approx. 10 minutes.
In addition, you can quickly reach the city center with tram 18 (200 m from the front door).
Transport connections:
The A96 with connection to the Mittlerer Ring and the A99 motorway ring can be reached in just 2 minutes by car. This means optimal mobility with your own vehicle. There is usually enough parking space available.
