Sehr schönes helles Zimmer direkt im Zentrum (Maxvorstadt). Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet unter anderem mit Backofen, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet.

Erstklassige Lage in der Maxvorstadt mit super Anbindung. Die Wohnung befindet sich Nähe der Universität mit unzähligen Bars und Restaurants direkt vor der Haustür (3min entfernt: Lo Studente, Ciao Ragazzi etc). Die U-Bahn-Station "Universität" ist 5 Min Fußweg entfernt, Bus & Tram(Schellingstraße) befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür.

Zurzeit wohnen Carl, Hamoon und ich in der WG und du würdest mein Zimmer bekommen.
Wir verstehen uns alle sehr gut aber jeder in der WG macht sein eigenes Ding.
Also eine Party WG ist das hier eher nicht. Generell ist es bei uns sehr ordentlich und wir nehmen Rücksicht aufeinander.
