Wir haben ein Zimmer frei in unserer WG in Großhadern. Die gesamte Wohnung wurde vor 6 Jahren komplett renoviert. Das Zimmer hat einen hellen Laminatboden, zwei große Fenster und es wird voll möbliert vermietet. Es ist ca. 17 Quadratmeter groß.
Die Wohnung hat eine hochwertige Küche mit Kühlschrank, Herd und Ofen. Das Bad ist weiß gefliest und hat Badewanne, zwei Waschbecken und eine Waschmaschine. Ein absperrbares Kellerabteil für das sichere Einlagern von Gegenständen ist auch vorhanden.
We have a room available in our shared flat in Großhadern.The entire flat was completely renovated 6 years ago. The room has a light laminate floor, two big windows and it's rented out completely furnished. It is approx. 17m² in size.
The flat has a high quality kitchen with refrigerator, cooker and oven. The bathroom is tiled in white and has a bathtub, two washbasins and a washing machine.. A lockable cellar compartment for the safe storage of belongings is also available.
Die Wohnung liegt in fußläufiger Entfernung (500m) vom Klinikum Großhadern entfernt und damit ideal gelegen für Medizinstudenten und im Krankenhaus beschäftigte. Die Ubhan-Haltestelle befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Wohnung, die Innenstadt (Sendlinger Tor) ist somit in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Per Auto ist die A96 (Lindau) in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Geschäfte zum Stillen der üblichen Bedürfnisse (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Drogerie...) sind allesamt in der näheren Umgebung zu finden.
The flat is within walking distance (500m) of Klinikum Großhadern, making it ideally located for medical students and hospital employees. The subway stop is directly opposite the flat, so the city centre (Sendlinger Tor) can be reached in 15 minutes. By car, the A96 (Lindau) can be reached in a few minutes. Shops to satisfy the usual needs (supermarket, bakery, drugstore...) can all be found in the immediate vicinity.
Es handelt sich um eine sehr ruhige WG. Wer eine ruhige Bleibe zum lernen, studieren, Homeoffice sucht oder weil er / sie einfach Ruhe mag ist hier genau richtig.
