BILDER VOM ZIMMER FOLGEN

Zimmer ist ca. 16qm gross und zeigt nach Norden.
Das Bad wird mit 1 Person von Zimmer gegenüber geteilt.
Die Wg hat 2 grosse Flure und eine helle Wohnküche. Abstellkammer 2 Bäder und 4 Bewohnerzimmer.

Das ganze ist ein Neubau von 2020, modern und groß.
Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller und Kostenpflichtige Waschmaschinen im Keller

Am Aasee gelegen innerhalb von 10min in der Innenstadt, Edeka, Post und Bäcker direkt vor der Tür

Wir sind Cris, Sophie und Josse und studieren BWL und Medizin. Sophie wird vrsl. auch im Frühjahr ausziehen.
Einige sind am Wochenende oft in der Heimat andere haben ihre Freundin oder Freund zu Besuch. Es ist also eigentlich immer jemand da und man trifft sich in der Küche. Bisher verbringen wie spontan Zeit beim Kochen miteinander aber haben keine richtigen WG Abende o.Ä.

Die Miete liegt wahrscheinlich bei ca. 580€.
Eine Kaution von 3 Kaltmieten ist zu hinterlegen.
Bedingung ist Immatrikulation an FH oder Uni
Vertrag und genaueres wird dann mit dem DRK geklärt.
