Your future room is a true feel-good oasis! With generous 23 m2 it gives you plenty of space to unfold you freely. The large window opens a view of the beautiful Antonius Church.
Facilities include a very cozy paddling bed (1.60 m wide), a desk, a wardrobe, a dresser, a TV and a large sofa that is perfect for cozy games or movie evenings with friends. Thanks to numerous warm light sources, the room becomes a real retreat where you feel comfortable.
The tasteful furnishings are complemented by a few plants that give the room a living and welcoming atmosphere. Although the room lies directly on the street, it remains pleasantly quiet when the window is closed. :
The location of the apartment is simply unbeatable! In just a 2-minute walk you can reach the beautiful aasee – ideal for a jogging round or a relaxing walk. Also the next Rewe is just a few minutes away, and the city center is very quick to reach: 12 minutes walk or just 5 minutes by bike.
I personally love the situation and enjoy walking to the university every day – a real plus for those who like to live centrally and yet naturally!
In your future WG you will live with Jule (22), Bene (22) and Luisa (21). Jule and Bene study psychology, and Luisa is an apprenticeship mouse.
(However, during your time, Luisa will not be there as often as she travels with me and then makes an internship in her home).
All three are incredibly dear and cordial people. They are open-minded, helpful and always have for a nice conversation. Although everyone has their own everyday life, they like to come together in the kitchen – whether for a tea or a round of social games. To keep our beautiful apartment so cozy, we have a cleaning plan that works great and facilitates all life
What we want from you: You are (m/w/d) and between 19 and 25 years old. You do a training, internship or study. You want to be part of an uncomplicated, honest and communicative WG life and to live together according to the motto “everything can be nothing”.
Moreover, cleanliness should be your heart, as this is an important need for some of your roommates :)
