I am now renting this cuddly room in Münster.
The rental contract goes until 30.8.2025, so until then it is limited. But after that you can simply extend!
The room is according to landlord 14 square meters, but I would rather say it is 9. The floor is really incredibly beautiful and the windows are also great.
The house is close to the Alberslohe path but you can hardly hear about it. It's very quiet here, not much going on and a little far from downtown. But if you like to walk in woods, it's perfect. To the ULB or to the old town in general you can make it by bike in less than 30 minutes and even in winter the way is beautiful!
WG life
You'd live with four other students. Here everyone does their own thing but there is also a lot of talk, for which the more recent kitchen or the living room or the very nice balcony is suitable.
The living room is not a separate room, but a small one in a longer hall (see the picture with the couch).
Very practical with five girls are the two bathrooms.
The apartment costs 450 €(+ deposit)
We could also talk about whether a few of the furniture should stay here, if it is more relaxed for you not to go off and build up / drill everything (e.g. the bed, desk, shelf and the clothes bar). I could take anything if you don't want to buy it.

Ich vermiete ab sofort dieses kuschelige Zimmer in Münster.
Der Mietvertrag geht noch bis zum 30.8.2025, also bis dahin ist es befristet. Aber danach kann man ganz einfach verlängern!
Das Zimmer sind laut Vermieter 14 Quadratmeter, aber ich würde eher sagen es sind 9. Der Boden ist wirklich unglaublich schön und die Fenster sind auch toll.
Das Haus steht nah am Albersloher Weg aber man hört davon kaum etwas. Es ist hier sehr ruhig, nicht viel los und etwas weiter Weg von der Innenstadt. Aber wenn man gerne in Wäldern spazieren geht, ist es perfekt. Zur ULB oder generell zur Altstadt kann man es mit dem Fahrrad in unter 30 Minuten schaffen und selbst im Winter ist der Weg schön!
WG-Leben
Du würdest mit vier anderen Studentinnen zusammen leben. Hier macht jeder sein eigenes Ding aber es wird auch viel gequatscht, wofür sich die eher neuere Küche oder auch das Wohnzimmer oder der sehr schöne Balkon eignet.
Das Wohnzimmer ist kein abgetrennter Raum, sondern in einem längeren Flur eine Niesche (siehe das Bild mit der Couch).
Sehr praktisch bei fünf Mädels sind die zwei Badezimmer.
Die Wohnung kostet mit allem 450€ (+ Kaution)
Wir könnten auch darüber reden, ob ein paar der Möbel hier bleiben sollen, falls es entspannter für dich ist, nicht extra los zu fahren und alles aufzubauen/ anzubohren (bspw. das Bett, der Schreibtisch, das Regal und die Kleiderstange). Ich könnte aber auch alles mit nehmen, falls du es nicht abkaufen möchtest.
