10m2 room in district centrum with atleast 8 bus connections in 5 minutes walking distance. The room is equipped with a bed, a comfortable mattress, a work desk, a wardrobe, 3 racks, few storage compartments, a sink and my personal cupboard which will be available for use.
Located right beside the Buddenturm. Promenade is accessible with 2 minutes walk. Old town is also just behind the building. Bus connections 15,16, 5, R72, R73, S70, S71, 6, 8, 9 are all accessible in 5 minutes walking distance.
It's an Evangelische Church's Wohnheim with 50-50 ratio of Deutsch and Internationals. We are a bunch of around 50 people distributed in 4 floors. My room is on a floor with 12 person sharing. We have separate toilets and showers for male and female. Wohnzimmer and kitchen are shared.
