Da ich mit Abschluss meines Bachelorstudiums wegziehe, wird mein Zimmer zum 01.02. frei.
Das Zimmer ist mit angrenzendem Balkon 25 qm groß und hat einen Blick auf den gegenüberliegenden Park. Es wird unmöbiliert übergeben - das Sofa kann aber gerne für 50€ übernommen werden.
Der Mietvertrag ist für ein Jahr befristet, wird aber bei Wunsch verlängert.
From the apartment, everything is easily accessible. In 15 minutes walk you are at the main railway station, in the city centre with the weekly market you don't need 5 minutes and the promenade is also right in front of the front door. There are therefore numerous shopping possibilities.
Our WG consists of:
Sophia (25) has just finished with her master in landscape ecology and is now working in Münster. She looks a lot of series if she's not out with her boyfriend, boulders or nature.
Sophie (22) has only been living in the WG since the end of October and started her Master in BWL. If she doesn't have to do anything for the university, she is (even) in the gym, meets with friends, cooks vegetarian or is on the go during the semester holidays.
Hannah (23) has been living in the WG since November and writes her Bachelor thesis in Social Work. In addition to the university she works in a group of children and youth, goes to the gym, meets with friends and likes to go to cafes.
Sophie and Hannah have only recently lived in the WG, so that living together can be actively shaped. We are a rather active WG, usually we make a joint cooking evening once a week. Due to the small apartment size we are quite much in exchange and a taste in the kitchen constantly happens. But of course, everyone has the opportunity to withdraw from us if you are not after or you have a lot to do.

We've got a little cellar where you can put something in between. You can leave your bike right in front of the house, but there are also free parking by us in the street.
We have a dishwasher and a washing machine with dryer function - which make the WG life much easier. Each person is also responsible for cleaning the kitchen and the bathroom once a month.
The rental price is not cheap with 563 €, for this you have a private balcony, a really nice location and great WG roommates.
